Sanctions data API
One endpoint returning the consolidated sanctions data behind TradeProtected: 27,399 entries from US OFAC, EU financial sanctions, UN Security Council, EU export control, US OFAC — non-SDN, China MOFCOM, each with the authority that listed it, the program, the listing date where known, and a link to the official record.
What a response contains
The matched name, the authority, the program, aliases where recorded, and the official source URL. Nothing is inferred: a field is present only when the underlying list actually states it.
Built for screening, not for browsing
The endpoint is designed to be called per counterparty as part of your own onboarding or payment flow. Screen a name the moment it enters your system, and store the response as the record of what you checked.
Bulk and scheduled use
Batch screening runs many names in a single call, and a watchlist keeps monitoring names over time — sanctions lists change without notice, and a check that was true last quarter may not be true today.
